Belle robe jaune soutenu ,aux reflets vieil or. Nez très aromatique qui s’exprime autour d’arômes de miel, de fleurs jaunes, de coing et de cèdre. Grande complexité. La bouche laisse place à une chair riche de notes de nougat, et de fleur d’oranger. Un magnifique blanc qui peut faire des accords mets-vin bluffant, comme avec des crustacés, un tajine de poulet, un picodon, ou tout simplement : à l'apéritif !
