Robe jaune pâle aux reflets dorés. Nez discret de la jeunesse aux senteurs florales, agrumes avec une pointe anisées. La bouche est généreuse avec une belle acidité sur des arômes mêlant pomelos, pêche blanche et en fin de bouche, apparaît la poire. La chair est fraîche, un peu minérale. Notes subtiles de citron confit et de miel. Un blanc typique du Sud ! Servir frais, vers 10°C, sur un chèvre sec, c'est un pur bonheur
