Bouche agréable, tout en rondeur, dotée d'une chair grasse qui tapisse le palais de saveurs de mangues, d'abricots et de citrons confits. beau de fraîcheur avec une finale très agréable.Il accompagne un délicieux tartare de poisson, ou tout simplement à l'apéritif.
