Sa robe est jaune pâle aux reflets dorés. Son nez est discret aux senteurs florales et agrumes, avec une pointe anisée. Sa bouche est généreuse avec une belle acidité, sur des arômes mêlant pomelos, pêche blanche et en fin de bouche, apparait la poire. La chair est fraîche, un peu minérale. Le palais se tapisse de persistantes notes de citron confit et de miel... Une pure merveille
